Sources: Records submitted to the archives of the LDS Church give two middle names for David Leigh. The LDS Ancestral File gives Edward as David Leigh's middle name. However, members of the Leigh family knew David as David Edmund Leigh, and that name is used in this family group record. Fayne Leigh Mcatee, a grand daughter of David Leigh, stated that her mother provided the information for the death certificate of David Leigh and that her mother made a few errors. Most of the errors were corrected before the death was registered, but Fayne said her mother "must have over-looked the error in her Dad's middle name."
