ELIZABETH was born presumably by 1565 when her father, Richard NASH, referred to having "a family" in a suit he presented before Chancery Court in London, according to Derek Williams (PRO Chancery Proceedings Series 2, C3/133/94). Little else is known of her except through her four children.

ELIZABETH married RALPH LEIGH, gent, mercer, in Carmarthen. He was the son of RICHARD I LEIGH clothier Staffordshire? and ANN GALAND/GARLAND.
